Excerpt: From Cleveland, OH to Preston, UK – Community Wealth Building

The city of Preston, UK is taking its lessons from rust-belt Cleveland, and spearheading a global movement to invest in local economies through economic cooperation. With the potential to subvert neoliberalism, this model uses community input and local investment to tackle issues such as housing, wages, and austerity.
